Welcome to Mother Land Egypt Tours. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 25% of the total tour price].
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 of days before departure.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter).
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
• 30+ days before departure: 25% fee
• 15–29 days before departure: 30% fee
• 0–14 days before departure or no-show: No refund
• Some tours may include non-refundable tickets or services.

3. Rescheduling and Amendments

Subject to availability, you may reschedule your trip up to 30 days before the tour date.

Changes to bookings may incur additional costs.

4. Responsibilities of Mother Land Egypt Tours

• We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, cruise lines, etc.).
• While we ensure the highest quality, we are not liable for unforeseen delays, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• Travel documents, itineraries, and schedules will be provided before the start of your trip.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Travelers must hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documents.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with local laws and respect cultural traditions.
• We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (medical, cancellation, baggage, etc.).

6. Health and Safety

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
• Some tours may not be suitable for travelers with mobility issues or certain health conditions.

7. Liability

• Mother Land Egypt Tours is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather conditions, or other third-party providers.

8. Complaints

• Any complaint must be reported immediately to our tour representative so we can resolve the issue promptly.
• Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days after the end of the tour.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Egypt.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Mother Land Egypt Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
